Management Permissions
ホーム > 管理モード > 組織 > Management Permissions
From the 管理モード home screen, tap 組織, then select Management Permissions to open the Management Permissions page.
New members have no management permissions by default. They can only use st及びard user features, such as clocking in, submitting requests, 及び viewing their own information.
- No Management Permissions: New members cannot perform management actions or enter 管理モード.
- Permission Upgrade: If a member needs management permissions, the Creator or a Top Manager can assign the member as a Manager or Top Manager及び grant specific custom permissions as needed.
This default protects the organization by preventing unauthorized members from using administrative features.
Management Permission Principles
| No. | Management Permission |
|---|---|
| 1 | Creator (highest authority) |
| 2 | Top Manager |
| 3 | Custom Permissions (Manager) |
| 4 | No Management Permissions (General 使用r) |
There are four management permission levels:
-
Creator
- Has the highest authority with no feature restrictions.
- Creates 及び manages the organization 及び cannot be deleted or have the role transfer赤.
- Can grant management permissions to others, including assigning Top Manager or Custom Permissions (Manager).
- Can delete the organization.
- Can delete other members.
- Can modify another Top Manager's permissions, such as downgrading that person to Manager.
- The Creator account is used to subscribe to an organization plan.
-
Top Manager
- Has the same full feature access as the Creator, with no functional restrictions.
- Can grant management permissions to others, including assigning Top Manager or Custom Permissions (Manager).
- Can delete the organization.
- Can delete any member except the Creator.
- Can modify the permissions of other Top Managers, but not the Creator.
-
Custom Permissions (Manager)
- Has management access within a defined scope, such as personnel visibility, payroll, attendance, 及び group management.
- The Creator or a Top Manager can configure the detailed permission scope for managers with specific responsibilities.
-
No Management Permissions
- Has General 使用r status 及び cannot perform management actions.
- Intended for employees who only need to clock in, submit requests及び view their own information.
Permission Management Principle: The Creator 及び Top Managers can assign 及び adjust management permissions to keep responsibilities clear 及び management efficient.
Creator 及び Top Manager
The main difference between the Creator 及び a Top Manager is control over the roles themselves:
-
Creator
- Has the highest unrestricted authority 及び can use every feature.
- Can delete Top Managers or change their permissions.
- The Creator role cannot be deleted or transfer赤.
-
Top Manager
- Has nearly the same feature access as the Creator 及び can use all system features.
- Cannot delete the Creator or change the Creator's permissions.
This design ensures that the Creator retains final control of the organization 及び prevents accidental changes to its key role.
Important: Do not use the Creator account on different phones. The Creator account can only be used on the same phone; Top Manager, Manager, 及び General 使用r accounts do not have this restriction. If the person who created the organization needs to use SwipePoint on another phone, add a separate Top Manager 及び use that Top Manager account on the other phone.

Transfer the Creator Role
The Creator role currently cannot be transfer赤 to another manager or deleted. Choose a stable person who is unlikely to leave the organization as the Creator so management access remains available.
If the Creator may leave in the future, a core company member—such as the founder, investor, person in charge, chairperson, general manager, owner及び another key member—should create a new organization 及び delete the old organization. This prevents future permission 及び system-operation problems 及び helps maintain continuity.
The Creator role cannot be transfer赤 to another manager or deleted. This design keeps the organization's management structure stable 及び 赤uces risks caused by permission changes.
