All Clock-In Records

Home > Clock-In Mode > All Clock-In Records

Users (employees) can tap All Clock-In Records on the Clock-In Mode home screen to open this page. It displays the user's clock-in records from January 1 of the previous year through the present. Icons and labels indicate different record types and statuses:

  • Purple Overtime: An overtime clock-in.
  • Dark-blue M: A clock-in record added manually by an administrator.
  • Orange A: A clock-in correction that has not yet been approved by the reviewer.
  • Light-blue A: An approved clock-in correction.

A record marked with an orange A is an unapproved clock-in correction, so it is excluded from exported data. After approval, the record is included in exports and the marker changes to a light-blue A.

Delete an Incorrect Clock-In Record

Home > Clock-In Mode > All Clock-In Records > Select the record to delete > Delete

Users (employees) can open All Clock-In Records from the Clock-In Mode home screen. If a user accidentally records Start Work as End Work or makes a similar error, they can select the incorrect record and delete it before making the correction.
